I can't help with the ISO standard. I bought a replacement screen for my sister's laptop and it has one partially "opposite" pixel. Met the standards for a "premium" screen at the supplier.
She did not notice it. A stuck red would have been noticed. It needs to updated to zero-tolerance. With as long as LCD's have been around, nobody should have to put up with a bad pixel. If Dell does decide to send out a replacement, would I have to pay to ship the current one back?
