I downloaded that and it was able to provide me with the most up-to-date version. Just going to put this here in case it helps someone else. I figured out it is related to master volume. Sometimes I set it to zero when listening to music. I tested it multiple times on the in game cinematics menu with multiple cinematics. I had the same problem, Black Screen during in-game cinematics Support Technical Support. I have no idea whatsoever how to fix this.
Please, any help at all I will be so thankful for. BIOS: P3. Display Tab 2: No problems found. Sound Tab 1: No problems found. Sound Tab 2: No problems found. That sounds most likely like a video card issue, specifically drivers that aren't fully Windows 10 compatible. I do have the latest drivers for my card.

Please how can I fix that? Joined Mar 21, Messages 2, Resources: 2 Resources Tutorials 2. Should hopefully be fixed with the next official Patch. This is why there is not currently a one-fits-all solution to this issue afaik.
